Programme Details

Section I – Who am I?

Enhancing my personal purpose.

This is the program foundation. It is all about encouraging new perspectives, clarifying your core values, and developing personal competencies in managing transitions and change.

As entrepreneurs, you are your own organization. Therefore, the importance of refining your boundaries and learning more about how to manage your own energy will uphold your business journey, and help you keep a healthy blend of personal and professional life.

Section II – What is my business purpose?

Developing my unique business model

During this section of the program the aim will be to write the script of your business - from the idea, to your product or service.

Answering the top three questions to add value to your business is the foundation upon which to develop a marketing plan, look for strategic partners and to run a successful business. Also, if you have a business already running, this is a great opportunity to revise your strategy and make improvements.

Learning guides, coaching circles - Time investment

What is a learning guide?

A learning guide is a series of activities, reflections, observations and practices designed to support participants in taking full advantage of the program.

What is a coaching circle?

Coaching circles will consist of a group of five participants who will meet virtually or in person, for 75 minutes twice a month to practice the skills learnt during the program and support each other in developing new ways of dealing with their current challenges.

How much time do I need to invest in this program?

One of the most important things to us while creating this program was to develop a process that does not mean more ‘tasks’ or another item on your ‘to do’ list.

The learning process aims to be organic and must be integrated into your daily life. However, in order to a learning process to occur, we must make it a priority. Therefore, there’s a certain amount of time you have to invest.

Each month consists of a two-hour virtual-class and two (2) coaching circles of 75-minute duration each. You will need to invest a minimum of 4,5 hours per month plus the time you spend on your online assessments.

Certification requirements

A certificate issued by EUBusiness School and PWN Global shows that you have successfully completed your Virtual Entrepreneurs Program 2017 course. To earn a certificate of completion you must complete 80% of the online assessments.

PWN Global reserves the right to make changes to the advertised teachers and Module dates as necessary.

Agenda

11 April 2017
Module I - Moving Through Life With Ease
09.00 - 11.00 Moving through life with ease

“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.“ - Abraham Lincoln

Setting the foundation for your development requires creating the space and time you need in your daily life to move forward. As entrepreneurs, we are aware of the commitment it takes to establish a company and make it a success. However, it doesn’t need to be success at all costs.

In this workshop we will focus on the journey toward success, how to get there and, most importantly, the state in which you arrive. Together we will explore how our society has gotten to where it is today and understand how our face-paced culture may be contradictory to achieving real success and true happiness.

The workshop offers three keys to embracing slowness and practical strategies to implement these keys into your life. This is an eye-opening workshop that can dramatically shift how you work, live and lead.

Learning outcomes:

  1. Listening, observing, engaging, reflecting and caring as resources for taking personal leadership to a more conscious and values oriented dimension.
  2. Foster creativity and performance to enhance quality over quantity.

Facilitator: Terri Creeden NCC, ACC, CDWF

10 May 2017
Module II - Your Core Values
09.00 - 11.00 Your Core Values

“Your beliefs become your thoughts. Your thoughts become your words. Your words become your action. Your actions become your habits and your habits become your values. Your values become your destiny." - Mahatma Gandi

Values are the invisible backbone found in our every daily interactions, the decisions we make and the commitments that form our business culture. However, it is not always easy to stay true to our core values, especially when under pressure to make a living or deal with a diverse marketplace with conflicting values at stake.

In this module, we will identify your personal core values, check to see if they align with your business proposition, shape roles that most closely reflect your values, interact with others that may not share the same values, and learn to make choices that are consistent with your values while taking into consideration the diversity of values in your environment.

Learning outcomes:

  1. Generate a respected identity (brand) in the marketplace.
  2. Maintain personal health and wellbeing.
  3. Provide clarity of priorities to facilitate a decision-making process.

Facilitator: Kimberly Hunn, MCC

Module III – Syncing with your nature
09.00 - 11.00 Syncing with your nature

“Health is a state of well-being, resulting from a dynamic balance that involves the physical and psychological aspects of the organism, as well as its interactions with its natural and social environment.” Fritjof Capra

Everything in your life, your body, and the world around you functions to a natural rhythm. Understanding how to connect with your body and its natural potential is a crucial leap of faith. You owe it to our future self to have the courage and discipline to take this risk in order to create a deeper relationship with your purpose and yourself.

Greater self awareness will lead to better resilience, coping with stress, being less reactive and becoming more grounded towards your future aspirations and success.

In this module we’ll explore the concepts of health and wellbeing and how these are related with our creativity and productivity.

Learning outcomes:

  1. Work in harmony with your body’s natural rhythms to create flow in your life.
  2. Target and support the aspects of your life that need attention to gain energy and mental focus.

Facilitators: Elena Müller & Katharina Falckenberg

Module IV – The power of conversation

Language is the tool we cannot put down. We permanently use it in our internal and external conversations, and it plays an important role in creating our experiences, and shaping the possibilities that become available to us.

Communication is the tool for designing your life, your relationships and your results and it is the foundation upon which leadership rests.

Learning outcomes:

  1. Understanding the role of language in creating our experiences and success.
  2. Learning the tools available to be more effective and assertive in our daily interactions.

“Without the playing with fantasy no creative work has ever yet come to birth. The debt we owe to the play of imagination is incalculable.” - Carl Jung

The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool that allows entrepreneurs to describe, design, challenge, invent and pivot their business model.

This module will focus on key sales tools for pulling customers through their purchasing cycle, not pushing them through your sales cycle.
