Aleksandra is a professional with 15 years of experience in the sphere of international Human Resources, Coaching and Consulting. She developed her expertise in multicultural environments, across the diverse fields of Supply Chain, Financial Services, Automotive, NGO and Healthcare.

Aleksandra has partnered with both start-ups and established owner-led companies to build successful, talent-centric organizations. She has a strong, measurable track record of taking companies to the next level of growth and organizational maturity. During her tenure, Kuehne+Nagel evolved from 25,000 to 70,000 employees, and the Rising Tide Group expanded from two entities to eight, with additional industries.

Visionary and innovative in her approach, Aleksandra co-founded Caring Routes, a start-up that offers an innovative and multidisciplinary platform and makes holistic well-being programs available for all, and for a better world.

Following her mantra "think different and think big, continuously push yourself and learn", Aleksandra loves to explore the world - most recently she hiked the world’s most remote places, such as Sumatra’s jungle and Himalayan Nepal.

Aleksandra holds an MBA, an executive education from Stanford, and is a Marshall Goldsmith / John Mattone (ICF) accredited Coach.
