  • PWN Barcelona Executive Assistant

    GLOBAL ROLE

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    COLLABORATES WITH

    • Supports the board and executive committee to advance the network's growth and reputation by ensuring a smooth organization, effective communication and collaboration.

    • Organizes the monthly executive committee meetings by setting up the agenda, setting up the logistics, keeping the time, distributing notes, following up on actions.

    • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information about topics used to support the decision making of the board and executive committee.

    • Manages the changes in the volunteer team, by ensuring relevant access to shared tools and documents, handling the onboarding process and organization of a volunteer only event twice a year.

    • Handles general correspondence by ensuring all stakeholders are correctly informed and incoming questions are answered.

    • Manages our shared shared tools and documents ensuring all information is relevant and up to date.

    PROFILE / BACKGROUND

    TIME COMMITMENT

    • Wide network in all sectors of the community

    • Preferably with a corporate background

    • High attentiveness to details and organizational skills

    • Ability to follow up and follow through

    • Strong customer service orientation

    • Friendly attitude, willingness to assist

    • Ability to solve problems

    Approx. 8 hours per week


    (weekly average based on annual time spent)
